About the Project

SwiTKit is a digital teaching portal specifically developed to support new teachers and non-option teachers who are assigned to teach Form 4 Princples of Accounting. These teachers often face challenges in understanding the curriculum, preparing quality teaching materials, and designing effective classroom activities within a limited timeframe. As a result, lesson preparation can be time-consuming, overwhelming, and may affect teachers' confidence in delivering lessons effectively. To address these challenges, SwiTKit was developed using Google Sites, Google Apps Script, and Google Workspace as a centralized digital resource hub. The portal consolidates all teaching and learning materials based on the Curriculum and Assessment Standard Document (DSKP) and the Form 4 Princples of Accounting textbook into a single, easily accessible platform. It includes lesson notes, lesson plans (RPH), presentation slides, question banks, classroom activities, quizzes, educational videos, assessment materials, and curated reference resources. The systematic organization of content enables teachers to quickly locate and utilize the resources they need without searching across multiple platforms. The implementation of SwiTKit is expected to reduce lesson preparation time, enhance teachers' confidence in delivering Princples of Accounting lessons, and improve the overall quality of teaching and learning. The innovation serves as a digital teaching companion, particularly for novice teachers and those teaching outside their field of specialization, while supporting the ongoing digital transformation of education and promoting more effective classroom practices.
