About the Project

BRIFIN Management stands for Brilliant Finance Management, an intelligent cloud-based financial reporting and business analytics system developed using Google Sheets to support Diploma in Business Management students studies. The DBF4033 Business Project course requires students to establish and operate a business for eight consecutive weeks while preparing a comprehensive business report. The report must include • forecast versus actual sales analysis • product weekly sales analysis • cash flow statements and • cost of production, income, profit and loss statements. Preparing these reports manually is time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to calculation errors. BRIFIN Management simplifies this process by combining data entry, automated calculations, financial analysis, and report generation in a single cloud-based platform. Users only need to enter their business data, and the system automatically generates financial reports, tables, charts, and analyses.
