About the Project
Many people use fitness applications to record their workouts, running activities, and physical performance. However, most applications focus mainly on tracking activities and displaying workout data, while users still need to decide for themselves whether they are ready to train. Training without considering recovery factors such as sleep, energy, muscle soreness, stress, and recent training may affect the way users approach their workouts. Therefore, ZADIA is developed as a personalized training readiness application that helps users understand their current condition before exercising. The application collects users’ recovery information and analyses these factors to provide a readiness assessment. Based on the assessment, ZADIA provides suitable training recommendations, such as continuing the planned workout, adjusting the training intensity, reducing the workout duration, or focusing on recovery. The main objective of ZADIA is to support users in making better training decisions based on their current recovery condition rather than relying only on workout performance. The innovation of ZADIA is its focus on connecting recovery information with training readiness and personalized recommendations in one platform. Unlike conventional applications that mainly provide activity data for users to interpret, ZADIA helps users understand their readiness and decide how they should approach their training. The system is designed for runners, gym users, and athletes, providing a more personalized and recovery-aware approach to training management.
