About the Project

This Project-Based Learning (PBL) initiative, "Save Our Nature," developed under Malaysia’s TS25 framework at SJK(T) Vageesar, addresses environmental degradation and textile waste caused by improper disposal and youth spendthrift habits. The project focuses on safe waste management and pollution prevention by upcycling old clothing into new functional items using basic crafting tools, thread, buttons, and decorative embellishments. Presented at both school and state levels, the project reduces landfill waste while fostering 21st-century skills, creativity, and interest in fashion design and young entrepreneurship among students.
