Transparent AI Assignment - Open AI, Open Work

About the Project

Generative AI can now write complete assignments, yet many courses have no clear AI policy and still reward the final output rather than the student’s effort. This project presents the Transparent AI Assignment Hub, a Google Sites and Google Forms system built for MBA Case Study and Research Method. It has five components: a hub site, an AI policy (Declare it, Verify it, Own it), a per-subject AI Disclosure and Audit Log, a staged Submission Form, and a rubric giving 20 of 100 marks to the learning process. The prototype is complete. A pilot with students is planned.
