PrintEase: An Integrated Digital Printing Management Solution

About the Project

PrintEase: An Integrated Digital Printing Management Solution is a web-based system developed to address challenges in conventional printing services, including manual order processing, fragmented information, inefficient workflow coordination, and limited order tracking. Developed using the Waterfall methodology, PrintEase integrates three main modules: Customer, Administrator, and Printing Staff. The system enables online printing orders, artwork submission, payment verification, staff task assignment, production monitoring, and delivery tracking through a centralized platform. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 39 respondents demonstrated positive results, with 79.5% strongly agreeing and 20.5% agreeing with the overall system evaluation. These findings indicate favorable user acceptance and usability. PrintEase offers a practical digital solution for improving order management, workflow visibility, and customer convenience. Furthermore, the system demonstrates commercialization potential for small and medium-sized printing businesses through future enhancements and subscription-based services.
