Introduction: Prolonged waiting times and counter congestion within college administration frequently disrupt students' academic lecture schedules and significantly diminish staff daily productivity. Objective: The EduQueue innovation is proposed not as an established physical application, but as a conceptualized digital platform framework designed to manage student appointments across key administrative departments (Finance, Academic, HEP, Counselors, and Deans) systematically, efficiently, and in a user-friendly manner. Methodology: The proposed system is strategically structured through a robust five-phase development framework, consisting of comprehensive user requirement analysis, conceptual workflow design, web-portal prototyping, pilot community testing, and operational implementation monitoring. Innovation Findings: The core conceptual uniqueness of EduQueue lies in enabling students to self-select flexible appointment slots tailored to their class timetables to avoid learning disruptions. The system features Single Sign-On (SSO) login, Student Information System (SMP) integration, interactive dashboards, real-time alert notifications, and a star-rating feature for staff performance KPIs. The anticipated impacts include mitigating student waiting anxiety, optimizing staff workloads, and accelerating the college towards a Smart Campus. Future Replicability & Value: EduQueue holds immense commercial market potential for widespread replication across external educational institutions, government agencies, and private sectors like healthcare clinics via a flexible Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
