About the Project
“Corporate Chaos!” is an interactive, educational simulation game developed on the Roblox platform. It aims to enhance professional workplace communication skills, targeted towards fresh graduates and final-year students preparing to enter their internship. In this game, players will assume the role of an HR representative as they navigate through real-world workplace communication challenges such as resume proofreading, interviewing and conducting internal and external affairs in professional settings. By implementing gamification into learning, this project aims to provide a practical and engaging experience that promotes confidence and competence in workplace communication. The game’s potential for monetisation through the Roblox platform and appeal towards the Human Resources Training Module market highlights the potential when it comes to entrepreneurial opportunities. Ultimately, “Corporate Chaos!” offers to serve as an engaging and interactive way to improve essential communication skills in the workplace.
