Submitting Your Project

After registering your team, you will need to submit your project materials before the submission deadline.

What to Prepare

Depending on the competition, you may need to submit some or all of the following:

• Project title and abstract
• Research paper or project report (PDF)
• Presentation slides
• Demo video (if required)
• Supporting documents or annexures

How to Submit

1. Log in and go to your Participant Dashboard
2. Select the competition and click Manage Project
3. Fill in the project details form
4. Upload all required files using the file upload sections
5. Click Submit to finalise your submission

File Requirements

• Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, MP4, JPG, PNG
• Maximum file size: 50 MB per file
• File names should not contain special characters

Editing Your Submission

You may edit your submission at any time before the submission deadline. After the deadline has passed, submissions are locked and cannot be changed.

Tip: Submit early. Do not wait until the last minute — upload failures due to network issues will not be grounds for deadline extensions.
