Registering for a Competition

Follow these steps to find a competition and register your team on Pentas.

Step 1 — Browse Competitions

Log in to your Pentas account and navigate to Competitions in the main menu. You will see a list of all open competitions. Click on a competition to view its details, rules, categories, and deadlines.

Step 2 — Review the Rules

Before registering, read the competition rules carefully. Pay attention to eligibility requirements, category options, and any fees involved.

Step 3 — Create or Join a Team

Most competitions require you to participate as part of a team. You can either:

• Create a new team — enter a team name, add your team members' details, and assign a team leader
• Join an existing team — ask your team leader to add you via your registered email address

Step 4 — Complete Registration

Fill in all required fields, including your project title, category, and any required documents (e.g. abstract, research paper). Some competitions may require a registration fee — you will be directed to the payment page to complete this.

Step 5 — Confirmation

Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also check your registration status from your participant dashboard.

Note: Registration deadlines are strictly enforced. Make sure to register before the closing date shown on the competition page.
