Registering Your Institution

Institutions on Pentas are schools, universities, and organisations whose students participate in competitions. The institution's role is to review and approve their students' submissions โ€” particularly for PAJSK-linked entries that require school sign-off. Institutions do not create or manage competitions on Pentas.

Who Can Register?

Any school, university, polytechnic, community college, or organisation whose students participate in Pentas competitions may register an institutional account, subject to approval.

Registration Steps

  1. Visit the Pentas platform and click Institution Login
  2. Select Register Institution
  3. Fill in your institution's details: name, type, address, and contact information
  4. Provide the name and details of the authorised administrator who will manage the account
  5. Submit the form โ€” your application will be reviewed by the Pentas admin team

Approval Process

Institutional registrations are reviewed within 1โ€“3 business days. You will receive an email notification upon approval. Approved institutions gain access to the Institution Dashboard, where they can view and approve their students' pending submissions.

Managing Multiple Admins

Approved institutions can designate multiple administrators for their account. This is useful for larger institutions where different staff members need access to review and approve submissions.
