Approving Student Submissions
Institutions on Pentas do not create or manage competitions. Instead, your role as an institution is to review and approve your students' submissions after they register and submit through the platform.
What Requires Institution Approval?
Not all submissions require institution sign-off. The following require explicit approval from the student's school or institution:
- PAJSK submissions โ any student entry linked to the PAJSK (Penilaian Aktiviti Jasmani, Sukan, dan Kokurikulum) programme must be verified and approved by the student's school before it is counted
Regular competition submissions go directly to the evaluation phase and do not need institutional approval.
How to Approve Submissions
- Log in to your institution account
- Go to your Institution Dashboard
- Navigate to the Submissions or PAJSK section
- Review the pending submissions from your students
- Click Approve or Reject on each submission
What Happens After Approval
- Approved submissions are forwarded to the competition organiser or counted towards the student's record
- Rejected submissions are returned to the student with a reason โ the student may revise and resubmit if the competition rules allow
- Students are notified by email whenever their submission status changes
Note: Institutions cannot create, edit, or manage competitions on Pentas. If you need to organise a competition, contact us at contact.digit360@gmail.com.
