About the Project
Roar Ranger is an interactive educational game developed using Pictoblox to raise awareness of the critically endangered Malayan tiger and promote Sustainable Development Goal 15: Life on Land. Players complete three missions: using a radar to avoid poisonous mushrooms, chasing away illegal hunters with suitable animal ability cards, and navigating a maze to collect food and medicine for an injured tiger. Through engaging challenges and game-based learning, players discover the threats faced by Malayan tigers, including poaching, habitat loss and food scarcity. Roar Ranger combines digital skills, problem-solving and environmental education to inspire young people to protect endangered wildlife and preserve forest ecosystems.
