About the Project
EquipSafe is a proposed smart system designed to improve equipment safety and management during event preparation. Manual equipment inspections can be time-consuming and make it difficult to monitor damaged equipment. Therefore, EquipSafe provides a digital solution using QR codes to access equipment information and inspection forms. The system combines five technologies: QR Code Technology, Cloud Computing, Mobile and Web Application, Digital Notification System, and Data Analytics and Visualisation. These technologies help users record inspections, report damaged equipment and monitor equipment conditions. Overall, EquipSafe aims to simplify equipment inspections, improve safety awareness and support more efficient event management.
