About the Project

e-JK FKA is an integrated digital ecosystem developed to improve committee management at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA. The platform centralises committee appointments, staff roles, appointment periods, supporting documents, Terms of Reference, and workload scores in one accessible system. It addresses fragmented records, inefficient information retrieval, and unequal distribution of committee responsibilities. Evaluation involving 70 FKA staff demonstrated strong acceptance, with an overall satisfaction score of 4.70 out of 5 and an 83% improvement in information retrieval time. e-JK FKA enhances transparency, administrative efficiency, workload visibility, and data-informed decision-making. With zero licence cost and a scalable implementation approach, the system also offers strong potential for adoption by other faculties, campuses, and institutions.
