Resetting Your Password

If you forgot your password or can no longer sign in, you can request a secure password reset link from the login modal.

1. Open the Login Modal

Go to the Pentas website and click Login in the navigation bar. Choose the correct account type: Participant or Jury.

2. Click Forgot Password?

In the password section, click Forgot password?. Pentas will show a reset password form inside the modal.

3. Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address linked to your Pentas account, then click Send Reset Link.

For security, Pentas shows the same confirmation message even if the email address is not found. This prevents other people from checking whether an email is registered.

4. Check Your Email

If an account exists for that email, Pentas sends a password reset email. Open the email and click Reset Password. The reset link is valid for 1 hour.

5. Create a New Password

Enter your new password and confirm it. Your password must meet the current Pentas password requirements shown on the reset page.

6. Log In Again

After the password reset is successful, return to the login modal and sign in with your email address and new password.

Troubleshooting

• If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
• If the link has expired, request a new password reset link from the login modal.
