Payments & Registration Fees

Some competitions on Pentas require a registration fee. Here is everything you need to know about payments on the platform.

When Are Fees Required?

Registration fees are set by the competition organiser. Not all competitions charge a fee โ€” some are free to enter. The fee amount and any applicable charges are displayed on the competition registration page before you commit to registering.

What Do Fees Cover?

Registration fees typically cover:

  • Administrative costs of running the competition
  • Certificate generation and issuance
  • Platform processing fees
  • Award prizes and trophies (where applicable)

Accepted Payment Methods

Pentas supports multiple payment methods through our authorised payment gateways:

  • Online banking (FPX)
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • e-Wallets (where available)

Payment Security

All transactions are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways. Pentas does not store your full payment card details. All payments use encrypted HTTPS connections.

Receipts

A payment receipt will be emailed to you automatically after a successful transaction. You can also download your receipt from the Payments section of your dashboard.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Refunds are subject to the organiser's refund policy and are not guaranteed. Contact us at contact.digit360@gmail.com for refund queries.
